My response to the Lego Press Play brief part of the RSA.
A product that is given out for free to children on free school meals.
The product contains a box of preowned and cleaned Lego Bricks and a Book.
What is Lego Steam Learning?
Within my research, I have identified that children on free school meals have had a decrease in learning over the pandemic. With this book it can help with learning at home by providing bricks and a book to inspire creation. STEAM stands for science, technology, engineering, art and maths. Steam can help children develop motor skills which helps their brain devlop for the future.

These are my play mats that are within the book. They offer different ways of learning with play.
Using lay flat binding the book will be on a stable flat surface. This means children will be able to play on.
The book wasn't finished but the idea was what I needed to develop within this brief.
